Your Path to Sr. Officer in NewAge
The following is a guide on how you can rank advance in NewAge. As stated in the previous section you automatically rank advance when you total payline volume exceeds each level. Below you will see by helping others do the same you will continue to rank advance.
So work on finding your first 4 people and you will be on your way. Experience shows that when you get to the Director level you will be on your way to creating a successful NewAge business.
Your 1st Goal is to become a DIRECTOR
(Average Annual Income $33,067 Part-Time*)
You become a Director by accumulating 2,000 PV (point volume) on your Power Line and Pay Line in the same week. 15% of 2,000 PV on your pay line is $300 in base commission and you’re a DIRECTOR in NewAge...Congratulations!!! (You now earn the Savings Bonus of 15% of your base commission, when you’re over $250 each week.)
Your 2nd Goal is to become a VICE PRESIDENT
(Average Annual Income $64,631 Part-Time*)
You achieve this by helping 2 people (one on each line) become Directors in the same week. When they achieve this, you will accumulate 3,000 PV on each line which is $450 in base commission. You'll rank advance to VICE PRESIDENT...Congratulations!
Your 3rd Goal is to become an OFFICER
(*Average Annual Income $164,478 Full-Time)
You achieve this by helping 4 Directors (two on each line) become Vice Presidents in the same week. When they achieve this, you will accumulate 6,667 PV on each line which is $1,000 in base commission. You'll rank advance to OFFICER...Congratulations!
Your 4th Goal is to become a SENIOR OFFICER
(*Average Annual Income $258,739 Full-Time)
You achieve this by helping 4 Vice Presidents (two on each line) become Officers in the same week. When they achieve this, you will accumulate 13,334 PV on each line which is $2,000 in base commission. You'll rank advance to SENIOR OFFICER...Congratulations!
